Ajay Goyal, M.D.

Dr. Ajay Goyal is a practicing radiologist who completed his residency at the University of Pennsylvania Health Systems. He has been in private practice since 1998 and founded the Diagnostic Radiology Center of the Treasure Coast in 2004, with two locations in St. Lucie County, Florida.

Dr. Goyal also serves as the Chairman and Chief Medical Officer of Independent Healthcare Partners (IHP), headquartered in Maitland, Florida. He oversees both Medicare and Commercial ACOs and has been involved with Medicare programs since 2013. His roles include leadership in the Medicare MSSP programs and serving as CMO of Physicians Trust MSO, which manages global risk Medicare Advantage contracts. He co-founded Alliance Health, a self-insured health benefits program, and plays a key role in clinical programs like Medicare CVS ACO Reach.

Raghav Mohindra, MD

My name is Dr. Raghav Mohindra, a board certified Geriatric and Internal Medicine Specialist. I come to you with over 30 years of experience in the medical field. I Finished my training at Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, TX and have successfully owned & operated multiple medical practices (PCP & Multi-speciality).

Over the last 2 decades, I have personally started, acquired, optimized multiple medical practices in multiple states. There are a lot of moving parts in an outpatient medical practice and there are many challenges to success. But after multiple successful Exits & after creating significant returns on investors capital, I have now joined hands with our partners at Grace MD Capital to focus on the primary care in Rural America. There is a depserate need for primary care physicians in these underserved markets. With a keen eye on the Value Based Care models for the Medicare patients, I personally continue to see patients myself in multiple rural medical practice locations to optimize the models that are evolving on an annual basis.
